Anfängliche Probleme mit Heizung. Hausverwaltung war sofort zu Stelle. Hauseigentümer schaute persönlich nach der Heizung. Dafür vielen Dank es waren alle sehr bemüht das wir uns wohlfühlen konnten. Zum Haus: Der Beschreibung entsprechend in Ordnung. Man findet nichts um sich zu beschweren aber die ein oder andere Macke findet man von der Terrasse bis ins Obergeschoss. Für uns war es eher ein Zeichen das in dem Haus gelebt wird aber das Haus es könnte auch ein bisschen Liebe vertragen. LG aus dem Schwarzwald
