The Cottage du Coq is located in the heights with a panoramic and breathtaking view of the Coteaux de Champagne classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.
To recharge your batteries, or to spend a peaceful stay in Nature, while being very close to all amenities at 2 km (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants ....)
The house of 60 m2 is configured as an open space Loft where the large fully equipped kitchen overlooks the large room which includes, A Queen size bed, a convertible sofa for sleeping 2 people, a table and 4 chairs that can serve as an office , Flat screen TV, wifi, wood stove, dressing room and large picture window.
Separate toilet and shower
Covered veranda with table and chairs, as well as green areas and a carport.

In summer a barbecue is at your disposal.

Ideal getaway for couples wanting a quiet spot away from crowds in the Champagne region. Dormans has all you need for supplies including two supermarkets and several good restos. The bed is comfy. The amenities fine.

Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig.Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 2,5 km.Man sollte im Winter beachten, das der Weg zum Haus sehr steil ist.Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Der Ausblick auf die Weinberge ist sehr schön. Allerdings müssten dafür die Fenster sauber sein. Das Haus liegt steil oben am Hang, außerhalb des Dorfes und ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Steckdosen lose, Wasser tröpfelt nur, Oberflächen kleben. Dusche im Bad total erneuerungsbedürftig! Da das Wetter sehr schön war, konnten wir uns viel draußen aufhalten, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt!

Prima woning

De woning is uitstekend om een tijdje te verblijven. Groot genoeg en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Wat we we jammer vonden was het ontbreken van de houtkachel die te zien is op de foto’s en een van de redenen was om voor deze woning te kiezen. Maar het hoofddoel was bereikt. Een vuurwerkramp verblijf voor onze hond.

Court séjour pour fêter le nouvel an en amoureux. Le logement est propre, bien agencé et équipé, une magnifique vue et de belles balades à proximité. La ville de Dormans à 3 minutes de voiture dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Vivement notre prochain weekend 😊
