CHARACTERISTIC STONE HOUSE of recent construction immersed in the most total peace and tranquility of the countryside of San Giovanni in front of the Baths, at the gates of Dorgali / Cala Gonone, close to the beaches of Osalla and Cala Cartoe. Extremely fresh, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and wooden staircase which leads to the upper part where there are a double bed and an additional single bed; dominate the warm colors of wood, thanks to the coffered ceiling with exposed beams. The property includes a veranda furnished with table and chairs and a parking space. Present: TV, barbecue, condominium washing machine, water reserve and barbecue. The house is surrounded by a huge park full of ancient olive trees; available, if necessary, another identical adjacent house for a further 5 beds. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, ��� 50.00 per week. Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day. Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces. Security deposit: € 200.00. The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; the accommodation for its return must be clear of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained. Minimum stays: from June 15th to September 14th: 7 days; in all other periods: 5 days
