Très belle location

Location fidèle à l'annonce, maison très bien agencée, situation sur l île idéale pour explorer Oléron, bon contact et bonnes explications de la propriétaire, l'accueil de Joelle excellent. Quartier très tranquille début Juin. Commerces à proximité.

Super schönes Haus

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles ist super sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und Joelle. Alles perfekt, kommen sehr gerne mal wieder. Haus ist noch schöner in echt, als auf den Fotos.

Séjour Dolus d'Oléron

Une très bonne semaine. une maison spacieuse et bien équipée avec un jardin et les équipements qui vont avec. La maison est idéalement situé au cœur de l'île d'Oléron à 3 km de la première plage. La piste cyclable à 20 m et des vélos à disposition. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes maximum à pied. Un vrai plaisir dans une maison très calme. Une envie : revenir.

Séjour avril 2024

Nous avons passé en famille une agréable semaine sur l'île et dans la maison de Monsieur et Madame CATHELOT. Un logement très propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La maison est idéalement située (ballades, lieux à découvrir, pistes cyclables, commerces,...) et la mise à disposition des vélos est un vrai plus. Nous avons vraiment apprécié faire des ballades en vélo avec toutes les commodités pour le faire. L'accueil téléphonique des propriétaires préalablement au séjour et l'accueil sur place de Joëlle ont été très bienveillants et sympathiques.

Lage ideal für die Erkundung der Insel

Das Haus liegt ideal für eine Erkundung der Insel - auch mit dem Fahrrad und entspricht im Wesentlichen den Bildern. Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos - es gab immer eine Ansprechmöglichkeit. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Das Haus ist nicht wirklich ruhig, da es direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße Richtung Campingplatz und Meer liegt (nachts war ok - tagsüber teilweise störend). Für die Installation des Wifi sollte eine andere Möglichkeit gefunden werden - die gesamte Elektronik im Schlafzimmer unter dem Kopfteil des Doppelbettes war für uns inakzeptabel. Schöne Wanderungen und Radtouren über die gesamte Insel. Weg zum Bäcker fussläufig. Restaurantbesuche sollten in der Saison geplant sein - viele Reservierungen. Nette Idee für die Verkostung von Austern: Site Ostréicole de Fort Royer - Philippe et Nadette Mounier (bei Boyardville)

Maison très bien équipée

Cette maison est située a quelques minutes à pied des commerces et quelques minutes à vélo des plages. Elle est très bien équipée et les velos sont un grand plus dans cette location. Le contact avec la propriétaire et Joelle était fort agréable, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Merci encore

Jolie maison très bien située

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans une maison où rien ne manque... grand séjour très lumineux, deux belles terrasses. A 200 m du centre du village avec commerces, marché... Et à 2,5 kms d’une très jolie plage. Tout pour passer de très bonnes vacances. En espérant pouvoir y revenir l’année prochaine.

Superbe villa

La villa est très agréable est très bien située . Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille avec notre bébé de 15 mois ( tout est là pour bébé aussi remorque pour vélo, chaise haute, baignoire ….) la plage est à seulement 10 min en vélo et les commerces à proximités.

Maison agréable pour les vacances parfaites

C'est une maison spacieuse, bien située, confortable, les vélos sont un grand plus! Nous avons été très contents. Le seul petit bémol c'est le frigo qui ne possède pas de vrai congélateur mais juste un petit freezer à l'intérieur, pour nous qui aimons les glaces c'était un vrai problème, on ne pouvait pas acheter différents glaces car le compartiment trop petit, et de plus elles n'était pas assez dures car il y faisait pas assez froid. C'est pour cette raison que je retire une étoile. Sinon le séjour a été réusssi, merci!

Très bien dans l’ensemble

Maison moderne bien agencée très lumineuse, situation superbe, environnement calme, proche de touts commerces à pied, en vélo et en voiture nous allions d’un bout à l’autre de l’île. Accueil agréable (Merci Joelle), petits cadeaux de bienvenue bien sympathiques, de plus nous avons eu un temps superbe comme en juin mais en septembre. Seule ombre, pour moi la maison n’était pas Impeccable de propreté ( je suis très, très exigeante). Je conseillerais cette maison à un amis même accompagné d’enfants et j’y retournerais sans problèmes.

Vacances réussies !

Jolie maison, très agréable à vivre quelque soit la saison qu'on ne peut que vous recommander. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa situation au calme tout en étant à 2 pas des commerces, son équipement car rien ne manque et enfin la simplicité, la sobriété de l'ameublement, le bon goût de la déco qui en font une maison facile zen reposante et très agréable à vivre... Les propriétaires n'ont rien laissé au hasard, entre autre 2 terrasses abritées au choix pour petit déjeuner et repas, des transats pour le jardin, 4 beaux vélos pour sillonner toutes les pistes cyclables de l'ile et se rendre en quelques minutes à la jolie plage de la Rémigeasse. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires, merci à eux pour les gentilles attentions à notre arrivée. Merci également à la souriante et prévenante Joëlle qui nous accueille et à tous ces bons conseils qui vont contribuer à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Très confortable et très propre.

Deux semaines agréables sous le soleil avec la possibilité de prendre ses repas à l’extérieur. Commerces à proximité, très intéressant. Pistes cyclables à 10 m de la maison. Proche de la route , donc un peu de bruit à l’extérieur.

Une location que l’on vous recommande.

Agréable séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle très bien équipée et au pied de la piste cyclable qui vous amène aux plages en 10mn. Les vélos présents dans la location sont un vrai plus. Ils sont en très bon état et il y a même des casques, des pompes et du matériel pour le petit entretien. Merci à nos hôtes pour les attentions à l’arrivée et au départ, ainsi que pour leur disponibilité. Merci également à la sympathique Joëlle pour son accueil. Bref comme vous l’aurez compris : une location que l’on vous recommande.
