Spectacularly gorgeous interior design! I booked my room here because I wanted to see the interiors in person and the care and detail from the lobby to the various lounges to the restaurants and all the common areas in between were amazing… I work in residential interior design so I can appreciate the various details from lighting to tile work to accessories and furnishings and this hotel really is striking and beautiful… Property is extremely well maintained and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Found my room tastefully done, with plenty of power ports and elegant and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Doha…

Not the best part of town in terms of location. Very safe no doubt but not a built up area, area needs work Hotel itself fairly clean. Room service did the main bits but dusting etc was lacklustre. Dust built up as the stay progressed. Amenities fine, gym small Room service very slow, 30 mins for a coffee most mornings. And the food wasn’t great on the couple occasions I ordered. Staff largely friendly apart from one member of staff who tried to convince me the mini fridge is working fine because it’s only designed to keep drinks at room temparature?? Would stay here again if the price was significantly cheaper than I paid

Home away from home

My stay was fantastic. A beautiful hotel. The ambience was relaxing and pleasant. The hotel smells lovely and is extremely clean. I felt at peace. My room was excellent. Nice and spacious. Newly renovated. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aromas. I have nothing negative to say about my room or the staff. I stayed for more than 3 weeks and it felt like home. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing. I appreciated their kindness, knowledge and respect. Thank you to Helmi, Saukina (I know I misspelled her name), Raj, Abin, Srinvas, Apel, Rashad, Gulam, Abubacker, and so many more kind individuals.

Excellent location.beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and kind. Only down fall was Ramadan. So no where to eat or drink during day this was not advertised when booking. So dont book during Ramadam as not much to do during day. If your not celebrating Ramadan

They have bed bugs. We checked in, went to bed, and after an hour, my husband was covered with bug bites. I took pictures of the mattress and bedding and gave them to the front desk. They then changed our room. My husband doesn’t sleep with clothing on, so his entire back is swollen.

We can’t say enough to praise all of the staff! From check in to breakfast to check out, friendly and willing to please. Hotel and room Room were immaculate! Breakfast Buffet was excellent & property is in a great location for a tourist! Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the train (subway) to get everywhere you need to go easily and quickly! So happy we chose this location instead of the Pearl area where we initially wanted to stay because the Pearl is very far and not accessible by train/subway, only bus which is a long route! If you are a tourist we highly recommend this hotel so you can see everything Doha has to offer conveniently and easily without wasting commuting time, lots of local businesses here, close to the Souq & Corniche and everything else.
