Location was excellent. We got ubers everywhere as they're very cheap. Most places were 5-15 mins away. But even the pearl, was around 30 mins away and uber was £6-7. Service was excellant and rooms were very nice. Like everything, you have to compare what you pay for what you get. For the price, theres nothing here i can fault. Im a very experienced traveller. This hotel meets my expectations.

The hotel is quite old and requires some refurbishment. The drain in our bathroom tub was jammed and we had to change room. But the new room also had a similar issue which was temporarily repaired. The shower glass is too small resulting in the water from the shower being splashed everywhere. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Hotel was clean and welcoming, the room was also clean and very spacious. The breakfast was great, variety to chose from and service was friendly. Swimming pool was small but was ok for a 5 day trip. The bar was good to watch the football and happy hour was 5pm-8pm. We also checked out early meaning our breakfast was in containers at reception waiting for us . Overall 10/10 for our family.
