Erholsame Oase

Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sowohl in der KĂŒche als auch im Wohnbereich fehlt es an nichts. Absolutes Highlight ist jedoch der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Ruhegelegenheiten. Inmitten einer mediterranen Bepflanzung mit Ausblick auf einen großen Pool sowie das Meer und dem gegenĂŒberliegenden Festland wird jeder seine Lieblingsecke finden. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir Eltern haben die erholsame Stille und den Ausblick auf Meer und Garten genossen. ErwĂ€hnenswert wĂ€re evtl. noch gewesen, dass es zwischen den zwei Ebenen des Haus keine Verbindungstreppe im Inneren gibt, was aber fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Kinder absolut kein Problem darstellt. Auch wĂ€re es schön gewesen, wenn vor unserer Ankunft Balkon, Terrassen und Poolbereich nochmal durchgefegt worden wĂ€re. Ingesamt haben wir uns in unserer Urlaubswoche rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt, und wir können diese kleine Oase absolut weiterempfehlen!

Fantastisch uitzicht

Negatieve punten: De staat van het materiaal van de barbeque kon beter/properder, er is maar 1 volwaardige parkeerplaats wat niet op beschrijving vermeld staat, logement op benedenverdieping is niet van zelfde kwaliteit als bovenste verdieping, deze bleef nogal muf en dagelijks kwamen er heel wat wormen of andere insecten de kamer in via gaten in de muur, WiFi connectie niet zo goed. Houten takken als decoratie aan de lamp in de keuken is mooi maar risico want zijn scherp en net op ooghoogte Positieve punten: Het fantastische uitzicht, buitenruimte heel mooi en goed onderhouden, heel mooi zwembad, ideaal voor reizigers met hond want afgesloten tuin, bovenverdieping gezellig, voldoende ligzetels en parasols buiten, vijgenboom waar je zo de vruchten kon plukken, op 5 min met wagen van dorpje Ć ilo met lekkere restaurants, mooi overdekt terras, vriendelijke service voor lakens/handdoeken halfweg de vakantie

Sehr zufrieden - mit zwei Hunden

Wir hatten im Mai fĂŒr zwei Wochen dort. Mit vier Erwachsene und zwei Hunde. Es ist alles so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, unerwartet war jedoch, dass es sich um einen Kunstrasen handelt. Die Ausstattung ist top, viele Töpfe, Pfannen und scharfe Messer. Die BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher können auf Wunsch nach 7 Tagen, von der Agentur gewechselt werden.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus!

In dem Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was einem sonst meistens erst spĂ€ter einfĂ€llt: SpĂŒltabs, Toilettenpapier sogar Q-Tips, GewĂŒrze, Grillkohle und AnzĂŒnder sowie vieles mehr! Im Herbst muss man gut mitdenken, was das Heizen betrifft, weil es keine verbaute Heizung gibt, sodass das kleine mobile Öfchen rechtzeitig angeschaltet werden muss pro Raum, damit man es warm hat. Ebenso verhĂ€lt es sich mit Warmwasser, da nach einem Mal Duschen rund 20 bis 30 Minuten gewartet werden muss bis der Boiler geladen ist, damit der nĂ€chste auch warmes Wasser hat. Das Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen ohne innenliegende Treppe, sodass desöfteren mal ĂŒber die Außentreppe gegangen werden muss, was aber nicht störend ist. FĂŒr Hunde ist das Objekt auch bestens geeignet, da es komplett umzĂ€unt ist. Der Blick auf das Meer ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön! Vom Objekt selbst fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto ca. 4 Minuten zum nĂ€chstgelegenen Strand oder lĂ€uft 30 Minuten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus und auf Krk!
