De todas as vezes em que estive no Hotel Franco, essa foi a pior. Inicialmente, já na reserva, solicitamos quarto com cama de casal e, para nossa surpresa, tinham 3 camas de solteiro, não havendo possibilidade de juntar. Se não era possível, então que fosse avisado no momento da reserva a fim de evitar surpresa. Por fim, no jantar, a experiência foi péssima. Mais de uma hora para chegar a refeição, e quando chegou, carnes passadas demais, comida morna. Estávamos em um grupo com 13 pessoas e todas ficaram insatisfeitas. Na hora do check in também, bem complicado. Enquanto a funcionária ao lado fez check in de dois quartos, o funcionário que me atendeu extremamente lento, burocrático e atrapalhado. Uma pena, é o melhor hotel da cidade, mas decaiu bastante a qualidade. Isso pode abrir brecha para concorrência.

Os hotéis tem muito boa intenção e um esforço enorme e custos ainda maiores, mas se uma equipe manutenção estiver apostos os detalhes se tornam em pontos de uma boa lembrança, um quarto muito bom mas a limpeza de janelas e o ar condicionado vazando e tampa de vaso solta, mas é uma excelente lugar.
