Cocoonr offers this charming 250 m² house for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 88 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, five shower rooms and a 542 m² garden. Linen not provided. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 88 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) with en-suite shower room and vanity unit
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with en suite shower room and vanity unit
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and vanity unit
- Bedroom 4: two single beds with en-suite shower room, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

In the independent studio :
- Living room with sofa and dining area
- Kitchen area
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: filter coffee maker, barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Water sports: beach, sailing lessons, children's club on the beach
- Hiking: direct access to the GR34 to discover the coastal paths
- Access to St Malo by boat and bus for a tour of the corsair town
- Discover the Channel Islands, only an hour away by boat
- By car: visit Mont St-Michel, St Malo, St-Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to five vehicles

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: two bus stops nearby (Église or Office de Tourisme) with links to the Rennes or Saint-Malo TGV stations.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, approximately 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, around 10 minutes' drive away.

Other remarks:
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The price is €18.50 per person for stays of less than 15 nights, including bed linen, towels x2, tea towels and carpets. For stays of more than 15 nights, a change of linen is compulsory.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
