Swan Mountain Resort is a quiet, well-maintained resort with a very friendly staff. It boasts a large indoor pool as well as an outdoor hot tub.
There is also a game room and fitness area in the clubhouse.

This spacious 910 square feet one-bedroom condo offers all the comforts of home. The location of the unit is perfect with views of the snow-capped mountains of the Arapahoe National Forest. This spacious unit is great for families that need plenty of room. It sleeps four comfortably and includes two bathrooms for added convenience. The wood-burning fireplace keeps everything warm and cozy. The unit is very open and spacious.
There is a great deck/balcony right off the living room. The living room also includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, wood-burning fireplace, TV, stereo, DVD player, and expandable wall partition for added privacy for the sleeper sofa.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you will need. The dining table seats four.There is additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower. There are extra blankets and linens available in the closet.
For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the unit.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
