Lots to do, good location
We loved having a sauna, hot tub, and pool table. The hot tub cover unfortunately blocked what would have been a lovely view of the mountains. The place was a bit dirty in some spots when we arrived but it was still a great place for the price we paid. Would stay here again.

So much potential
This property has a lot of charm and space, but the little things added up quickly.Pros: Excellent location close to activities and shops/restaurants; lots of room for large groups of all ages; excellent views from the top deck; decent-size kitchen for cooking; cable TV; heated floors; activities within the house.Cons: The access code did not work, and we had to call and troubleshoot for half an hour; pieces of the kitchen counter were missing; wooden vertical pieces of the deck railing were broken and missing; stained floors and walls; limited kitchen supplies; the hot tub cover blocks the view; the hot tub became overly foamy when the jets were turned on. The TV remote batteries were dead on one remote, and it was duct-taped to the other remote on the upstairs TV. The master bedroom closet light did not work, and we had to plug in a lamp inside the closet. This property offers considerable charm and ample space; however, several minor issues cumulatively impacted the overall experience.

Beautiful views and a nice big cabin.
House was large and well made with a great fireplace in the living room. Plenty of room for a large group. Reasonably well stocked kitchen with all the essentials including a spice drawer, some oil, coffee pot etc. Only downside was the hot tub needs some TLC. The chemicals hadn't been balanced in a while so it wasn't usable but overall still a very nice home and we would stay here again.

Great Structure with Limited Supplies and Poor Condition
Review-This house is in a nice location and the craftsmanship of the 200-year-old logs is just amazing. That’s where the fairy tale ends, when you rent a house valued on Zillow at $2.5M, you expect certain things. While we read all the prior reviews, we thought that the owners would have taken care of things but obviously not. I would not recommend this house to anyone and for the money, do not rent it. Here are some of the reasons why: The kitchen cabinets are basically empty. The Dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t open, trays are broken and fall out of the slides. Refrigerator doors have all the shelves broken, Ice maker had a bag of ice in it partly melted and the plastic wrapped around the auger-we fixed it. Dishwasher top tray was full of dirty silverware and knives with most of all utensils in the house had dried food on them. Dishwasher mid rack is broken. Other things don’t work. There are no towels or dish cloths, hot pads. There are only 3 pint glasses, no wine glasses, limited bowls, about 12 plates and coffee cups, some knives, no microwave dishes, just sad. The carpets are dirty as other reviews have mentioned, sure there is a pool table but the cover is torn and bumpers damaged so it’s really not playable. The Foosball table is there but the balls get stuck in the returns, and you have to lift it up to get at them, it’s junk too. The Hot tub cover is shot and so saturated that it’s nearly impossible to lift off. Furniture is severely worn with holes in it. Master bed has big sag in it. Other beds not very comfortable either. Gas grill was nice but cover was frozen in the ice and snow below deck. The door to the deck was very hard to move and we found it was off the track. We fixed it and it worked great afterward. Nothing to light fireplace, no matches, no lighters, nothing and of course no firewood. Was told to go to a gas station or a store and buy it. Master bath tile is broken and heaving with sharp edges and I cut my foot on it. Be very careful at night! The floor was bulging so you need to lift it to get into the master bathroom. No cleaning supplies in kitchen, sink was disgusting, asked if there was a hair dryer said there was not one but, yes there is. Also asked about the 3 car garage but was told we could not use it and had to park in driveway. Fortunately, that was not the case because the plowing service would never have been able to take care of the snow we got. Stay away from this house.

Amazing views and location
The cabin is HUGE plenty of room for 12, hot tub was nice and hot upon arrival and was very nice. Heated floors were super comfy. One of us had to park at bottom of drive but they rented a rear wheel drive and it snowed a ton. If snow is in the forecast get a 4-wheel drive or you maybe walking up the drive.

Beautiful location
Our family of 14 stayed at this home for 6 days. Beautiful setting, spacious home. Many good points: large kitchen, spacious newer bathrooms, newer bedding and towels, several living areas, close to resort towns, kitchen counter long for easy meal serving, bed sizes and bunk room with beds for everyone, large round dining table, newer microwave and dishwasher, ping pong in garage, sauna, hot tub, pool, and foosball fun.
As much as we would like to give it a great rating, there were some things that really were not up to par. Owner and management need to assess the property because of a few disturbing conditions: dirty floors, very dirty carpet, dirty windows, some non working windows, oven door not sealing, log chairs with sunken seats, mouse turds and large spiders in bedroom and other places, some mattresses needing replaced, odd things in closets, not enough silverware and glasses. Kitchen serving items don’t even start to match.
I would love to live in this house so I could improve its condition. It was a fun place if we could overlook the flaws. Management did respond to hot tub issue but we couldn’t use it for 2 days.
I’m sorry we couldn’t give it a raving review.

Great space
Very convenient to multiple ski mountains and other activities. Easy to access house, and massive capacity for guests. Heated floors and garage access were bonuses. House needs TLC, as discovered dead batteries in remotes, non working humidifiers, etc. would recommend for multiple families, as has multiple living areas.

Perfect Ski House
We had a great stay. Came here with family to ski the house was a short 15 min drive to Breck and 6 min to Keystone. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. The house is very charming and in a great location. The only downside was that the beds weren't very comfortable in any of the rooms. We would totally be back we really enjoyed our stay.
