Pas si calme que cela car en dessous de l'appartement il y a un centre de fitness. On entend parfois de forts bruits sourds. ( haltères ?) à n'importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit. Dommage car l'appartement est vraiment bien avec son parking en sous sol. De plus pas de chaines TV TNT ( pas de player TV avec la box)

Appartement très bien situé, propre et confortable. Proche de la gare, des transports en commun et une place de parking privé. L appartement est très cosy. Un grand merci à Bertrand pour sa disponibilité et réactivité quant aux réponses des messages et sa gentillesse.
