Excellent stay in a modest self catering place located in a quiet and convenient location. Digne les Bains is a small city with easy access to Luberon and Verdon area and Gambetta was ideally located to brownse in the region Will come back

Bonjour , Le séjour n’a pas existé étant donné que la personne chargé de nous accueillir a annulé notre réservation une fois que nous étions devant l’immeuble. Nous avons dû trouver une solution d’urgence. Il a pourtant encaissé la réservation , j’attend toujours le remboursement. Cordialement.

FUIEZ!!!! Mon séjour? J'aurais bien aimé en avoir un... Le contact à notre arrivé n'a pas daigné venir nous ouvrir et nous donné les clefs... CE N'EST PAS UN APPART'HÔTEL!!!! Comme il n'était pas sur Digne "ça ne l'arrangait pas..." BILAN: -19H et pas de logement... -Retrouver un hôtel forcément plus cher... -les courses pour faire à manger perdu puisque plus de frigo... -trouver et payer un restaurant... -rappeler Hôtel.com pour demander qui était cette personne... INACCEPTABLE... on n'a pas l'occasion de partir en weekend tous les jours...c'est vraiment moche.

MÉCONTENTS

Propriétaire malhonnête. Lors de la reservation nous avons demander un hébergement avec animaux admis ce qui était le cas de celui ci. La totalité de la somme a été prélever alors qu'il ne devait y avoir que la moitié en gage de caution. Lors de notre arrives celui ci à refuser de nous prendre car nous avions à chien et que soit disant il n'a pas de moyen de désinfection comme si notre chien était sale. Il n'a pas voulu non plus nous rembourser alors que nous n'avons passer aucune nuit chez lui. À FUIR!!!

accueil décevant

nous avons rencontré un problème dès notre arrivée le propriétaire des lieux ne voulait plus nous accueillir (car selon lui nous sommes arrivés hors délai) nous lui avions envoyé un sms pour le prévenir du retard de 45 min (le propriétaire dit ne pas avoir reçu le sms) nous avons du nous rendre au commissariat de police (impossible d'après par téléphone la plate forme "service après-vente d'hôtel.com) une policière a contacté le propriétaire, lui a laissé message vocal ce dernier a rappelé le commissariat après négociation (et parce que nous avions une fille de moins de 3 ans ) le propriétaire a accordé venir nous apporter les clés de la location (il a tout de même à la policière qu'il lui fallait 1h30 pour venir à Digne les bains) en arrivant à la location, le propriétaire était déjà présent sur les lieux (mensonge par rapport à la distance domicile personnel-location) appartement pas propre four dans la cuisine sale et en dysfonctionnement machine à laver non séchant cours extérieure non entretenue

L'appartement est très bien situé: le centre ville est accessible à pied, il y a un parc en face et un lac à moins de 5min en voiture. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, le logement est très bien équipé et calme. Notre petite fille a très bien dormi dans le lit bébé mis à disposition par le propriétaire. nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Bon séjour dans l'appartement

Même si le séjour fut bref (seulement 1 nuit), j'ai un bon retour de ce WE. L'appartement était spacieux et agréable, la cuisine bien équipée. Il manque peut être un rideau de douche dans la SdB pour éviter de tout mouiller sinon pas de remarques particulières. De plus, le jardin est ensoleillé avec un barbecue etc, de quoi bien profiter également.
