This stylish place is perfect for group trips visiting the area for a few days, and or staying for a couple of weeks. This beautiful house in the heart of Beverly Hills is in the hub of all Michigan has to offer. Only 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham and downtown Royale Oak. Near the best cuisines, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect
The Place is open in the main part of the house where you will have the living room, kitchen, and gym area. The master bed will be located right there where the other two rooms and the bathroom will have a separate hallway on the other side of the living room which will take you there. The house is fully renovated from top to bottom and includes a modern touch all around.
Guests will have access to the entire house by there selves, this includes the living areas and the kitchen. The gym will also be accessible to the guests and only guests for any time use. The backyard is also accessible this includes the bonfire pit and the grill area and couches.
I will be checking every so often depending on the length of stay!

The house is right off of West thirteen mile and is next to very quiet neighbors who will not be a bother at all. There is not much street noise and a cozy neighborhood all around.
Parking is right off the street, there is a big driveway and it is very easy to find the house!
This home is located only 5 minutes away from downtown Royale Oak and Birmingham and is 1 minute from Woodward. It is 3 minutes away from Beaumont Royale Oak.
