"On our arrival the manager told us that the money we paid to hotels.com he has no accsess to it and we have to get the money back from hoteld.com.
And that we have to pay him cash or Mobile Money. He would not open the gate befor we paid in addition to hotels.com with credit card. Customer service of hotels.com is poor
