"Our stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo was truly exceptional. The facilities are wonderful—comfortable rooms, excellent common areas, and everything impeccably maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can tell this is a hotel that takes great pride in every detail.
What really sets Keio Plaza apart, however, is the staff. The entire team consistently goes far beyond expectations to make your stay genuinely wonderful. Everyone is attentive, professional, and incredibly kind, always ready to help with a smile and a sincere desire to make you feel welcome.
The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention. It is absolutely amazing, with an impressive variety of high-quality options, both Japanese and Western. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced.
A perfect combination of great facilities, outstanding service, and an exceptional breakfast. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again."
