"Hotel was lovely. The welcome on arrival was great. Room was nice although booked a twin and got a double so had to get that changed (cleaning staff not helpful so had to ring reception).
The hotel has a nice pool area and the indoor pool was great for when it was raining.
Staff were friendly.
Good location as you can walk along the front to the harbour or get a bus.
Big downside of this hotel is the quality of all inclusive drinks and food. It’s all the cheap (not local) products. Not even local beers (Keo, Leon) are included. For those you need to have the premium wrist band. The all inclusive spirits are like paint stripper. Food ok but not amazing considering the price. "
