We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove. The unit was furnished with a real beach vibe and we like how it was stocked with everything we needed including great linens and towels. But we especially liked the view from our balcony out to the water. It was just a few steps to the most magnificent beach and the umbrella and chairs, which were included were set up for us each day when we arrived. Our unit was pet friendly (a real PLUS in our choice to book) and our Westie made many new dog friends. Our host Heather was lovely and available if needed and was very accommodating. We would definitely rent from her again :)

The condo was very well maintained. Loved the beach access and closeness to the beach. Property Manager was very responsive to our questions. Being able to bring our dog was definitely a positive. My only comment was that there wasn’t a lot of places to walk him. Also, We didn’t realize that the 2 restaurants on the property would be closed for the season. But not a really big deal. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location

This an older community but a good location to be in Destin. I chose this property because I’ve stayed a few times prior and enjoy the proximity to restaurants and shopping and the one we stayed in is pet friendly. The only negative I have is the stairs to most of these condos may possibly be warped and uneven due to the environment. Of course this nothing you can know when booking, just be aware. It was Thanksgiving week, the weather was beautiful just very chilly. We had a great time eating and checking out all our old favorites in the area and look forward to returning.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our week at this condo although it was bittersweet trip because we lost my 25 year old son a year ago this week. His ashes were spread in the gulf last fall so it was healing to be close to him this week. The condo was beautifully decorated and I love the layout. Wish the commute to the beach was a little easier but would do it all again. Great experience with the rental, communication and the check in /out process.

Beautiful Unit in Great Location

My wife and I stayed one week in April 2024, with our small dog. The unit was exactly as described in the listing and very nicely accommodated. Access to the beach is excellent and the property is located near many restaurants and shopping centers. We hope to return!
