The unit is freshly painted, has new linens and mattresses, and has custom blackout drapes on all of the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. New custom shower and new LVP is throughout the condo. There is an open-concept floor plan with large living room open to the dining room and kitchen.
The complex offers a large outdoor pool, outdoor grills, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a sand volleyball court. Nearby restaurants, shopping, 8 mile walking/bike path, fishing, golf and fun for everyone. New beachside coffee shop/cafe/bar on property! ☕️

This property was in a great location for everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, Baytown wharf and grocery stores.
