I'm checking back to see if I ever got the e-mail from the host giving me the check in codes. I didn't remember getting one, and when we arrived, with no codes to anything, no office, no humans to talk to, and our first stay ever at a completely automated building, it was disconcerting. If the host sent me an e-mail with the codes, I sincerely apologize. Looking back in my e-mail and spam mail, I've so far found nothing.As for the unit, it was beautiful. The only complaint was a stopped up blockage of the combo shower/tub in the small bathroom. My wife used it twice, both times she finished her shower standing in about two inches of water. We left to to that effect so management/staff can check it for other customers. Also the fridge door was not properly closed because of the way it was made, but I found out how it had to be closed and that's how I left it. The left door needs to have a hinge panel closed manually, then the right door can close completely. Otherwise cold air leaks out of the fridge.As for getting in, if it were not for two other guests who helped us, I don't know what we would have done. They ended up calling VRBO and between them and the lady operator we worked it out, got the codes, and we in the room within the hour. That's about it. Thank you!
