Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access.
