Loved this little hotel. Beautiful views of the harbor. Very clean. There are rundown areas of the hotel, but it is an older place. The staff was amazing! Great places to sit outside or on your patio. Walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores. Breakfast was adequate and they have a nice little store with some snacks, beverages and amenities. There selection of alcohol at the bar is amazing!

Wet weekend

Great location but older hotel. The room was comfortable and clean over all. The sliding glass door would not lock. The bathroom was a handicapped bathroom. The water flooded into the hall every time the shower was used. The toilet consistently run and was not easy to flush. We only stayed one night so we did not complain. The bed was comfortable and very clean.

Less than thrilled

There was confusion at first about rooms and they added $102 to cover move. Woke up middle of 1st night by fights on both sides of us. Police came the next morning and make people leave. No clean washcloths for our entire 4 day stay; maid said she was short. Internet was iffy. Breakfast bar left a lot to be desired; coffee was weak, juice was watered down. We were offered nothing for our inconveniences. Next time, I'll shop around.

When we entered the room, it did not have on the heat so the room was very cold. We had to go out to give it time to warm up. Normally not a big deal but we did book ahead of time so they knew that we were coming. No excuse for not having the room ready. Also, the room did not have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

Positivo: cerca de restaurantes, del broadwalk harbor. Tiene hermosa vista en el area del deck. Cuarto con nevera, cafetera y microondas. Gorrito para el pelo y blower. Negativo: cuarto sin gavetas, cuarto le hace falta un upgrade, fea decoracion. Desayuno- en la mayoria de las veces no habia mas que pan y cornflakes además del café y jugo. El staff, en la mayoria fue ruf y poco amigable. Limpieza pésima para los cuartos. Había que estar solicitando lo básico como toalla, jabón y papel higiénico.. Pueden mejorar mucho, pues es un buen punto.
