The people at the front counter were super nice. Location was great and the view from the pool area was amazing. The hotel could definitely need some updating. I do suggest getting a water view, other wise you can hear ALL the traffic noise all hours. The AC units in the room are pretty loud. And we couldn’t get the hot water to get hot in the shower. Luckily we were only there 1 night so it wasn’t a major issue since we had a 7am flight.

I stayed here for two nights and would have stayed more but needed to sleep. First night, room 118 is right under the hotel lobby. - So loud. I heard people at 6:45am. Was so tired. The next night, I asked for a more quiet room. They moved me to the 4th floor. Room 408. The AC was not working right so at 12am, I called down to the office and said I can not sleep due to the ac just circulating the fan. Warm air. The front desk lady came up and agreed and moved me to room 410. Very nice AC and cold, but again the noise made it difficult to sleep once 6am rolled around. It seems the walls are thin and people start cleaning or moving things at 7am in which you can hear. I sleep with a noise maker and I could hear. I asked the front desk for late check out since I was up at 12am changing rooms (due to the non-working AC). She said she got it approved to 11:30am with no extra charge. After that time, she said it was $50.00 and hour. Was disappointed in this stay. Will not stay here again as I like to sleep past 7am when I am not working and with a working cold AC.

I really like this place a lot!

This is such a lovely place to stay. The staff were all great, they had a lovely happy hour and the continental breakfast was fine for me. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor sitting. The pool, and it's right on the harbor! We reserved a harbor facing room and it was beautiful to walk in and be able to see the water, or sit out on the balcony. Yulia, they manager, runs a great place with a great diverse group of people that really care what they do! Thank you for this stay!

Liked this place, its cute, needs a few things, repair the loose cables around pool, check the walls for mildew (210, corner to left of slider) replace the roses around entry, or remove them, put in a soft low plant, phlox or something.
