IR 316 Coastal Beauty in this 2 BR Sunset view condo with washer/dryer

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Take a peek at this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom beachside condo that sleeps six guests at Inlet Reef, room 316.

The kitchen has a plethora of granite counter space, full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. The dining area comes with a rectangular table set for six, while there is a breakfast table set for 2 in the kitchen nook.

The tiled living area comes with a wall mounted big screen HDTV, a DVD player, two plush chairs, a Love Seat, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and balcony access.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted HDTV, and balcony access. The Master bathroom has a separated makeup area with its on vanity, an additional vanity, and a walk in shower.

The Guest Bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen HDTV and two Twin beds. The Guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

The condo has a spacious hexagonal balcony that offers plenty of outside seating, and outside dining table, and a wet bar. The balcony offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and Inlet Reef’s pool. Other amenities include complimentary high speed wireless internet access and a full size washer and dryer. Do not delay in reserving your time in this tropical beachside oasis!  Comes with Free Beach Service during season ends October 31, 2024. 

Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas.
