Cons:Toilet moves in master bath, shower caddywas broken, need hooks to hang towels.The lampshades in master bed need to be replaced, knobs missing on dresser and the left bottom drawer would not open all the way.Had to re-wash quite a few dishes that were in the cabinets. Need new keypad for front door. The 3 sticks and it’s a little tricky to open. Trying to figure out where exactly we were allowed to be on the beach was a little confusing. Bit of a walk to the pool.Pros:Lots of towels. Loved all the windows. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool hours are great. We enjoyed night swimming. The elevator and lobby were always nice and clean and smelled good. Short drive to everything. Beds were comfortable. About 5 minute walk to the beach. Unit is really spacious.

Great Condo

The condo was in a very good location, close proximity to the beach, pool and basketball court if traveling with family. The condo itself was spacious and very clean. I also liked that the host reached to check in with me to ensure everything was good and if i needed anything. Will be using them again!

Enclave 605a

The property is accurately depicted on the website. 3 great size bedrooms. A very nicely furnished master living area that blends into a super sized dining room table. Unit is on the 6th floor with a nice balcony view of the shoreline and surrounding area. We enjoyed the short 200 yard walk to the beach (just across street thru private gate). Would stay here again for sure!

Property was so nice but we didn’t have much beach space and didn’t know that u til we got there

Property was really nice and in a convenient but the area for the beach there was too small. We were asked to move twice. Was not happy about that but everything else was great!

Great Family Vacation

Great place

We had a wonderful time here. The property was clean, beautiful, and inviting. The full size beds were a little too soft, but other than that we were all comfortable. Only had a single potholder and dish towel, we ended up buying another one. The balcony has a beautiful view. Loved spending our evenings out there. Plenty of beach accessories you can take with you which was nice.

Great location. Great views of the gulf. Condo has plenty of space. Private beach access was nice, but had to fight with beach chair rental company for space on the beach. They set up at 5am and left all unrented chairs up all day. There is little beach to be had. Also a private beach to the right that is patrolled so you cant go there either. We have visited many beaches and have never had this problem before.

They Changed the code everyday door the beach gate and I was never aware .

Never will we stay here again . Pool was out all wk . No one knew anything to tell ya when it will reopen . And pin for thee beach gate was changed a lot and never was I told .

Love it !!!

We arrived December 24, 2021. The property was easy to find the door codes were very simple. The property was nice and clean it looks exactly like the pictures And was also located in a nice Family friendly environment. The view was Absolutely Amazing!! The beds were so comfortable my whole family slept good ! It was Perfect for my husband , children and grandchildren. Very cozy! I would Definitely rate 605A Destin a 10 ********* and Definitely Book again !!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay at Enclave. Very clean and nice area. Very short walk to the beach across the street. Some beach chairs and things are provided. Could use more seats on the balcony. There are some dishes and utensils, no seasonings or anything like that. I would definitely stay here again. However, I do have a few complaints: - Directions to the condo are crap in my opinion. We had the location address but as far as what building (south or north) no idea. When I called for assistance, hardly any help was given we had to figure it out on our own. - Master bath does not have cold water - Fan in the master bedroom makes an awful noise when on - Tv in master had one channel that worked, so we just didn’t use it which was no big deal but I know some like to watch tv in the room

Beautiful views!

The views of the gulf from the condo are amazing! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. It was nice that the condo had some beach chairs and beach toys, in case you didn't have any of your own. The condo had lots of space for the 8 of us. The king bed, and the two full beds were very comfortable, but the twin beds need to be replaced. The back bedroom was hot, but we used a fan to draw in cooler air from the hallway, and it seemed to help. Thaddeus (maintenance) came to fix something that was broken from the previous rental. We mentioned that the swivel recliner was broken as well, and he quickly fixed it. We really enjoyed our week, and we can't wait to come back!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great experience!! Lots of space, clean property, quick and easy beach access. Pool was huge and never over crowded. Unit is close to trash and laundry. Carts in parking deck made unloading of luggage and groceries a breeze. Only downside was that the twin beds were not great for an adult to sleep on.

Amazing

We had an awesome trip !!! Walking distance to the beautiful beach!❤️ Kind of warm at night in the bedrooms, but the beds are super comfortable! Lots of storage and sleeping arrangements. My only recommendation is the rental property get an ice machine, going out for ice before going to the beach is very inconvenient. A Wagon helps to bring beach equipment to the beach , but you do have some stairs to go up and down. Over all great condo !

Easy walk to beach with ocean view.

This condo was well appointed and conveniently located to beach and short distance to groceries and shopping. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating to relax after a day at the beach. Would stay here again.
