The host was great with communicating with us. The Villa was clean and well stocked. Not all of the amenities were available during our stay. The beach and restaurants were close in proximity to the Villa. Over all, we had a great 1st trip to Destin!

We had a fantastic stay at this Florida villa! The home was spotless & you can tell it’s very well cared for! The pool was absolutely wonderful, perfect for both relaxing and keeping the kids entertained for hours. The property managers were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for families, especially those with young kids looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay!

Beautiful villa! Very comfortable! Both bathrooms could use a good scrub down, but they aren’t disgusting otherwise, it was perfect! The pool area is so beautiful and wonderful. Only exception, the kids really take over the hot tub as there are no rules that they can’t be there. The only other issue was that the resort is definitely not set up for handicapped people or the elderly. Parking is in the garage and that is a very long way from the villa. To unpack and pack and go out is quit the commute! No pulling up to the villa at all. Trash take out is a long way from villa as well. The owners had a very nice closet full of everything needed for a beach trip!! Slept well. Very sound proof. Fans in both bedrooms, chairs, mirrors, plenty of kitchen space and items. Large pantry. Lots of Lighting, large kitchen table, blankets, pillows, nice tv’s! Outdoor patio furniture. Host was so easy to talk with. This villa was definitely a good find! Was able to check in a couple of hours early as the villa was ready. Very nice added customer service.

Very nice property and the resort was very nice. Property was clean with just very minor touch ups needed. Property is insulated very well we could not hear any of the neighbors or any families enjoying their times at the pool area. Overall we were very happy.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

EXCEPTIONAL is the first word that comes to mind to describe our family of 4 beach vacation in Destin!!! Our overall experience was truly perfect!! This vacation home was so CLEAN, well stocked, & beautifully designed. What impressed me the most was the EXCELLENT communication from the home owner from the day we booked our stay, during our stay checking in to confirm that we had everything we needed, & at the end of our stay thanking us for choosing their home away from home. The amenities were also top notch… a beautiful huge pool, large gym, restaurant/bar with live entertainment on the premises. Look no further for your next home away from home…. you won’t be disappointed

The resort was wonderful. There is a lighted tennis court, pickle ball, basketball court, charcoal grill stations, and a restaurant and bar on site. The highlight is the pool area which consists of a large zero entry pool that ranges in depth from a couple of inches to 8 feet, a splash pad, kiddie pool, another small pool, and a large hot tub. The location of the resort is walking distance to beach access in June White Decker Park and only a mile from Henderson Beach State Park. Wal-Mart is less than a mile away as well, which made shopping for those last-minute items and groceries very convenient. The only two downsides to the resort are the parking garage could be a little closer to the units, and we had a hard time finding a luggage cart. However, this unit had a wagon, so it became a non-issue for us.To check in you stop by the front desk at the resort, and you are given your amenity access and door keys. One thing we did not realize was that you need your room key to access the parking garage after hours. We saw several people pull up to the garage and then turn around because they did not have their key with them, so make sure to have your room key on you if you are returning at night!The layout of the resort is a west tower, an east tower, and at the end of the towers there are several single-story villas. This unit is one of the villas. The proximity to the pool was awesome as the pool complex is right outside your front door. It was almost like having your own pool

Great Location, adorable villa, low quality housekeeping

We absolutelt loved the villa. It was roomy and comfortable, right next to the pool. We had a great time. The only issue was the sub par housekeeping. On our first night our bedding had dog and body hair on it. We contacted the host and they had someone come quickly and change our sheets. I do not blame the hosts one bit for this. They were gracious and had awesome communication. The resort staff is who i would plaxe blame on. Our floors and furniture had sand every where whenevwr we checked in. One bathroom reaked of urine & had body hair in shower and around toilet. Master bath had body hair and slime in the tub. Our sliding glass door did not lock. There were 2 irons and a steamer, none worked. The room did have beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon and a skim board to use. That was extremely convenient. Again i do not blame the host for the low quality of housekeeping but hopefully this can be corrected as this villa was a splurge for us. Joe Joes resort was fantastic with communication.

Paradise!

You won’t regret one second of renting this beautiful villa! The kids loved the fact that they could walk right into the pool from their front door and we loved how quaint and clean it was! The location is close to the beaches and the pool was wonderful! We are already looking at dates to rebook in the Fall! Stay here! You will LOVE it!

The villa was just as described. Right across from the lagoon pool! The interior was great - clean and very roomy. It is centrally located, we walked across to the beach multiple times with no issues, only a 5 minute walk. Henderson Beach State Park is the next stoplight down, and there were restaurants and attractions everywhere around! Communicating with the host was super easy and they provided quick responses. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for Panhandle Golf Trip

This property had everything we needed for a 4 day golf trip. Big pool area, hot tub. Just minutes away from 8 golf courses. Walking distance to many restaurants.One hour from Panama City airport. Unit was well appointed. Comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked.Highly recommend a stay here.
