This luxurious 1900 Ninety-Eight condo has a modern coastal design and features breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot-deep balcony.

Inside, upscale, contemporary finishes and an open floor plan of over 2600 square feet allow guests to enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Gulf. This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts interior design elements incorporating custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances, and porcelain stone floor tile.

The master bedroom has private access to the balcony, a king bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests will enjoy all the amenities of 1900 Ninety-Eight, including a rooftop pool and spa, a modern fitness center with gulf views, and beach access.

**One beach setup, which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, is provided with the rental on a seasonal basis, March till October 31st each year. Additional beach setups can be purchased directly from the on-site vendor if desired.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation! We felt safe, condo was spacious, immaculate and clean, we had absolutely everything we needed, and the private beach with chairs was amazing on the beach! The property host was so nice and responsive and we never had any problems during our stay. The views on the beach from the condo are incredible! Our family can’t wait to book here again on our next beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this location for our spring break! The views were phenomenal, and location to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed having the beach set up (included) every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint we have is that the mattresses were very hard (a simple topper would fix it), but otherwise this was a perfect stay and we would love to come back!

Stop looking, book NOW! Unbelievable view! You can see sunrise AND sunset from the balcony. Wonderfully appointed kitchen. Extremely clean, and we are pretty picky! Great location and we loved the rooftop pool and hot top! Enjoyed our stay!

The view was amazing and we loved the unit. Excellent accommodations. We loved it all and it was exactly what we were looking for. The view made it so you felt like you were on the beach or a cruise ship and you didn’t have to go on the beach if it was too cold, too hot, too many people… The extras were so nice - games, beach toys and chairs, laundry and cleaning items, garbage bags, condiments…we didn’t need it because we weren’t expecting it since it isn’t normally provided but it was so nice to see and know there was an extra if we ran out. A Highly recommend this condo!

Wow!!! That’s all we kept saying was “wow!!! our entire stay here. The condo is stunning! The private beach was so peaceful and the few people we did meet were super friendly. The views are surreal, and there were lots of fun bonuses we weren’t expecting like 1- The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine for eating, cooking, and entertaining. 2- There is a “beach closet” with everything you’d need: chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, boogie boards and more! 3-Each bathroom had tons of towels and a nice hairdryer. Also the fancy washer and dryer were super helpful to have and there’s a huge closet with tons of extra pillows and blankets. The pictures just do not do it justice how big and beautiful the entire space is. There’s a cute little coffee/candy/gift shop steps across from the condo that was super fun and then the famous “Back Porch” restaurant is just another few steps down where we enjoyed some great food and again super friendly people. The location of the condo is so close to everything which is really convenient! We did agree with some of the reviews that the 2 big beds have pretty stiff mattresses but we’re used to that. Our family can’t wait to visit again and still just can’t get over what a blessed week we had as a family at this rental! Thanks and God bless!

Beautiful views, unobstructed. Sits in front of other buildings next to it, so no neighbors nearby on balconies. Very comfortable and clean, uncluttered, choices for pillows, beds comfortable. HVAC works well, not humid, fans in all bedrooms. Good water pressure in showers, all appliances clean and in good working condition. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Easy check in and check out. No issues at all. Did I mention the views from the primary suite, balcony and the main living area??

This unit was everything we expected and more. The view and location were breathtaking! So convenient to the private beach, and a closet full of beach toys!! Spices for cooking, ice maker, cooler to use at the beach, just to name a few random things!! The deck was amazing and furnished nicely! We spent a lot of time there! Can’t say enough about the unit, it truly made a memorable family vacation! The only challenge was the patio door was hard to open and close, no big deal in the grand scope of things!

Stay was great overall. One elevator would not allow you to access the rooftop pool. The bunk beds were super comfy but the master bed and other guest bed were horrible. They were extremely firm. We purchased a mattress topper after two nights of back pain. However we would stay again as we loved games, location, views, and how stocked the condo was.
