Located in the middle of JOSHUA TREE (20-30 mins drive) and Downtown Palm Springs (10-15 Mins Drive). Plenty of things to do nearby including Casinos, Shopping Outlets, Golf course, etc.

Spacious Living Room with 65" Smart TV. Reclining Couches to lay back and enjoy. Plenty of seating area.

Open Kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Large Fridge with ice maker, water, freezer, Wine Cooler, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Blender, and much more. Also a large Dining table with 8 Chairs.

Each Bedroom has King Size Beds with comfortable mattress. 2 additional Futons that open up to a bed with Linen, Pillow and Covers underneath the storage compartment. Each Bedroom has a 55" TV with ROKU.

Nice place would visit again

Great time. Dogs barking was a bit annoying. Was looking forward to playing corn hole but the set was broken and unplayable. The house is awesome and very functional. Kevin was a great host and seemed like an organized person.

Lovely house but lacking some supplies

We didn't have the supplies we needed: (1) No pool towels, (2) futtons had no blankets (3) no baking dishes, wanted to bake a birthday cake, (4) no basic supplies in the kitchen; baggies, foil, salt & pepper, basic supplies that I ususally have in a VRBO. Other than this, everything else was excellent.

Cute place for a fun stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed the house. We spent most of our stay in the house enjoying the outside patio and occasionally watching some Netflix in the living room. The basketball hoop in the pool was a lot of fun! The garage with the pool table was quite hot but it still provided for a fun activity. Overall a nice place fairly close to Palm Springs.
