The Roman Villa View is an apartment designed for those looking for something more than a simple stay: a well-kept, refined place full of atmosphere. The three-room apartment offers comfortable and functional rooms, equipped with everything necessary for a carefree experience. The kitchen is complete with every accessory, the bathroom is equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort and every detail has been chosen to make the accommodation practical, elegant and pleasant at any time of the day.
What makes everything even more special is the exclusive view of the Roman ruins of Desenzano , which can be admired directly from the apartment. A unique landscape, which offers historical suggestions and an authentic contact with the beauty of the place.
The property includes a private, comfortable and secure garage , available only by reservation and providing the vehicle license plate.

Pets are allowed on request, with a supplement between 50 and 100 euros depending on size.

All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage .
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
