In the south of Lake Garda tradition meets modernity. This loft apartment is part of a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda. The two-floor apartment consists of a bedroom, an attic and a well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).

Staying at Lake Garda close to Desenzano

There are about 11 apartments in an old country house, nicely renovated. All share the garden and pool, some have a private balcony or terrasse. We stayed in apartment 11, which has a full sleeping room and 1 double bed on the gallery, fitting well for our 18 year daughter. We had no balcony. The staff at the counter is very friendly and helpful. We needed some extra equipment and got it very quickly. You can go to the lake garda and some restaurants in walking distance with also a very nice beach bar. The bus to Desenzano starts directly in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay here!
