Check in took 15 mins. I was unable to make the first day of my booking, I did phone and email the hotel to inform them the day before in order to keep the rest of my booking from being cancelled. When I did check in the receptionist could not find my booking to book me in. Appreciate I did arrive a day late but I did inform the hotel so they should have known. Not sure why it took so long to check in on the system - some IT issue maybe?

The staff were great. I was offered an upgrade and free parking upon arrival. The decor is attractive throughout. I was in a superior room and I felt it was as clean as could be. I didn’t complain as I was too tired to move rooms but there should be more attention to detail with housekeeping. I enjoyed having a complimentary herbal tea but room service was so overpriced and limited selection that I had to go out for food.
