SECURITY CAMERAS: The exterior security camera faces the alleway, there are no cameras inside.

SERVICES: You may see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
