We had no issues. Property manager was super easy to work with and very responsive. Overall, the house was roomy and served us well for our visit. There are several TVs in the house, but not in the large loft area, which would've been a bonus with kids! Minor issue is there is no patio or comfortable space to gather in the backyard if that's important to you. The Parker area was really nice and there are great walking paths in the neighborhood. Downtown Parker is minutes away and a fun place to dine and walk the shops.

Perfect house for our family

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Plenty of space for my myself, wife, two teenage boys and little girl. My teenage boys loved being able to workout and the hot tub was very refreshing. Lots of trails and playgrounds close by. Our dog was very comfortable in the home and surroundings. The neighborhood was very quite and we had everything we needed at the house. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Parker Paradise

Excellent property in great neighborhood. Had family over to visit for large dinners with no issues. TONS of room and very well appointed kitchen. My dog loved the small but adequate back yard. Communication with owner was above & beyond any I had at previous rentals. I Highly recommend this place and will look forward to staying here again myself in the future.
