Friendly stay

Wonderfully decorated and the patio is a delight! Pam and Jim were extremely helpful and friendly. An issue out of their control occurred and they fixed it immediately. You can't ask for more. We visit Denver frequently and hope to stay here again.

Quick trip

We were only in Colorado for two nights to visit with our daughter so we were not in the house much but the time we were was just perfect. The area was convenient to everything. I did use the kitchen to cook my daughter some meals to leave with her and it had everything I needed. We met the hosts briefly and they were extremely friendly and always offered to help with anything we may need.

We were in the city because of family in the hospital. It was such a nice feeling that after long days we could just come back to the cottage and truly relax. Our pup also really enjoyed her stay with walking trails and a park right across the road. Pamela and Jim made the stay extra easy and comfortable. We will be back!

Very impressed with this property. Everything was as listed and more. Nicely decorated, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and lots of little extras, like snacks, beverages, and pods for the coffee maker. Super clean. Easy access. Great communication from the property owner. I have stated many vacation rental properties on this one is among the top of the list. Charming patio to sit out and drink coffee in the morning or snacks and a glass of wine in the evening.

Awesome for Dogs!

This place was a perfect fit for my wife, me and our 90 pound German Sheppard! The host provided treats for us and the dog. They even provided a dog beg! Across the street is a park so getting the dog out for a walk was simple.

Jim and Pam were awesome host.

They made sure we had everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and the space was perfect for my husband and I and our little maltipoo “Annie “ I would recommend some kind of warning with the step down to the living room. Otherwise everything was perfect, will definitely go again.
