The property was very clean, with easy check in, and parking access. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked for all your needs.Plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The area is just perfect for exploring to all areas. Great beer garden that was in walking distance, and close to olde town. I would recommend this for your next stay in Arvada!

Very clean and modern condo. Convenient access to I-70. Several restaurants nearby. Two car attached garage made access easy. Never used the front door. Was a good property for four adults on a Denver area golf trip. Would not be a property for people wanting a yard or outside sitting area, or for people who struggle with stairs. Condo has three levels. The photos of the property accurately show the interior. Overall, very pleased with our week there.

Perfect vacation stay

House had everything you could think of! Very clean and extremely close, walkable, to downtown or even the train. Perfect location for Red Rocks or white water rafting or seeing other towns like Boulder or Golden and Denver!Would highly recommend

Great space

With a late cancellation for another property, we needed a place for us and two young adult children to attend CU Boulder graduation. Although a 30-40 minute driver to Boulder, it was a comfortable space to base ourselves. We enjoyed an afternoon in Golden, we met out with our son in Denver and of course, a lot of time in Boulder. The house is excellently equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Family Weekend

The location is perfect for walking to Old Town Arvada to shop, eat and just have a fun time! A short walk to Snooze or Starbucks for breakfast was great. The townhome is really nice…the kitchen is big and so is the living room and primary bedroom

Wonderful townhome!

My wife and I stayed at this townhome for a little more than a week in April 2025. Great location within walking distance of Olde Towne Arvada and easy access to Denver. Very spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi which was great for both of us working remotely. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

Denver NCAA Basketball Trip

We loved the place! Suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as advertised. This is probably a one time trip to Denver for the 3 of us, but we would stay here again if we ever return to Denver.

Christmas in Arvada

We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again.

Perfect Condo for those who do Steps

Great location yet quiet. Great kitchen design. Three levels to spread out, but with lots of stairs. No bathroom on communal floor; two bathrooms up and one down. Feels like a new build.
