The decorating and the overall function of the home is fantastic. We had a great time. We had 7 people staying in the home, all adults. Had plenty of space. The fun murals and nice personal touches made the space homey and fun. The host left us a smores kit and hot chocolate. Our only issue was getting the two floors of the house at the right temperature and each bedroom needs to have an extension cord, to allow for charging. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms did not work.

This was one of the best experiences we have had at a Vrbo! From the communication before the trip started, the incredible welcome guide, all the added touches this home offered, to the final checkout, we experienced more than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed it all! There were so many nice inviting touches throughout, and it was the perfect place for our family to spend some special time together! We highly recommend it!

From the aesthetics, to the cleanliness, to the simplicity of it all, and the attention to details in every room was impeccable… The owners were very attentive to my the communications, they were very prompt with their response…. Book this NOW! Our family of five stayed in Brett and Jodie’s Arvada retreat and it’s exactly as advertised! We loved everything about the house—the landscape in the front and backyard was beautiful and well-maintained. We played bocce ball, grilled on the patio, and enjoyed the clean and relaxing hot tub. We especially loved the charm of the bedrooms being themes of Colorado. They were clean and the beds were comfortable. The basement provided space for our teenagers to hand and relax. Our 11 year old loved the arcade games and foosball. The kitchen had all the necessities. Brett and Jodie even had a s’mores welcome basket for us! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. And we were within short drives to so many activities. Brett and Jodie were great at recommending places and responding to messages. They were quick to take care of anything we needed. If we make it back to Colorado, we will definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful home with enough space for our family of 6. So many special touches left from the hosts. The game room kept the kids very happy and the hot tub was a wonderful addition for the end of the day. The fire pit and making smores was a fun evening enjoyed by all.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and conveniently located to amenities. The outdoor space was and especially nice place for us to hang out! Also, the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great Stay! Great Location

Went to go see Sting at Red Rock with two other couples, and we had a blast. loads to do in the sorunding area and in house as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

this was probably my favorite VRBO i’ve ever stayed in. you can tell a lot of effort was put in for guests to feel welcome. the murals in the house were my favorite. we used the backyard for most of our trip because of how relaxing and nice it was. they even provided us with s’mores to roast with the fireplace. would love to come back!

Brett and Jodie’s home was absolutely incredible for our stay in Colorado! It perfectly housed our whole group and the backyard was amazing for the beautiful weather! We cancelled our plans one day and just spent the day outside!! Communication with our lovely hosts was beyond phenomenal and they gave great suggestions for the area! So close to everything you could possibly need - our suggestion is Corvus Coffee! I’m already dying to come back!!

Colorado Family Visit

We visited the Denver area to meet up with my sister who had recently moved there. My wife and I selected this property based on location and the number of amenities included with the property. Items such as washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor games, good sized backyard with hot tub & firepit, multiple TVs, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space and fully stocked kitchen were perfect for us. We had our toddler granddaughter make the trip with us and we were able to keep her occupied after each day of touring and site seeing. Brett and Jodie were wonderful to coordinate with and absolutely accommodating. They were very welcoming and we truly appreciate their flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Family Stay

The house had everything for all rangers of our family. We had grandparents, teen, and kids. Enough room for all of us with a super fun vibe. Really clean and had all the amenities of home. Hosts were quick to respond and easy direction. Location was close to downtown Arvada and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Best VBRO ever

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was and especially how accommodating the hosts were. They even went out of their way to bring a crockpot and griddle when I asked if there was one. They had Christmas baskets with full of goodies, popcorn, baskets plus everything in your kitchen that you really need other than main groceries. All the spices condiments, etc.. On top of that all the rooms were themed and well thought out and super cute. The backyard has everything you want for entertainment. All the board games and console kept the kids and teenagers entertained as well.
