Fully-furnished, detached carriage house with private backyard, property entrance, and off-street parking. Separate alley entrance from the main building with fencing separating the two buildings. The many mature trees on the property provide a great deal of shade and seclusion, a little oasis in the heart of the city. There are also multiple raised garden beds to sow herbs and vegetables in the spring. Inside the unit, you'll find two skylights welcoming in the morning and evening light, stainless steel appliances, a new washing machine, freshly painted cabinets and culinary
accoutrement.
The unit lies on a very quiet, residential street two blocks from St. Luke's and St. Joseph's medical center and six blocks from City Park. It's also just a five-minute drive to RiNo, Downtown Denver, Cheeseman Park and The Denver Botanical Gardens making the property great for traveling medical professionals, nature-lovers, night owls and more.
Indoor-cats and friendly dogs under 30lbs allowed with $200 pet deposit and no pet rent. Property-owner lives on premises with a very friendly dog. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, gas, electric and internet services
