Really enjoyable stay

We have visited Bali (including Sanur) many times and decided to try the Holiday Inn for four nights. It was excellent. The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The rooftop pool was somewhat cold. Many years ago, there wasn't much at this southern end of Sanur but that has changed and there are lots of shops, restaurants and massage parlours nearby.

Giving shout out as the service was amazing with the front desk went above and beyond including finding my iPods four days after I had left the hotel and saving them for me when we came back. Front desk amazing!!! Food was very nice including the best BLT I have had in a long time. Hotel felt new and fresh ....kudos to management

Although Expedia mismanaged our room booking for the hotel. In essence despite numerous confirmations there was no room available for us at the Holiday Inn and the hotel had no evidence that Expedia had contact with them about our booking. Everyone at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond their duties to successfully accommodate us at the Inter Continental Hotel while the error in communication was sorted out. The next day we were effectively and efficiently transferred to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our stay. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff there and the level of service could not be improved on. A five star thank you to all members of staff at the Holiday Inn😁😁😁😁😁

Good central sanur spot. Not normally what we book. Hotel style rooms in corridors etc but staff were excellent and roof top pool in nice. Breakfast vast selection and you can eat inside (ac) or out by garden.

Staff were all super friendly. Lots of places nearby to eat and market stalls just around the corner. Bit of a walk to Icon mall. Unfortunately our baby’s cot felt very uncomfortable and we heard a lot of noise from the corridor and people in rooms nearby during the night. Buffet breakfast quite limited. Staff put together a lovely surprise for my birthday which was really sweet.

Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the daily house keeping was great, even changing our sheets daily! I would 10/10 stay here again. I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day.
