Good value

Overall, the apartments are very good value. It was quite spacious and airy and well-maintained. However, there were a few things that could make it better. The kitchen had a proper oven and stove top, but there was only one pot and nothing else to cook with so it was barely useable. There were also no tea towels or over gloves. The shower was strong and hot, but the shower head didn't fit into the holder so could only be used one-handed. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant was surprisingly good.

Great little hide away

Found this family apartment hotel by chance. Pleasantly surprised by the service of the staff. The hotel is managed by the owners three daughters. These young ladies are very service oriented. This hotel needs to improve on their wifi. Very difficult to stay connected. Shall stay again if the opportunity arrives.

Workaday, non-beach base to explore Bay of Kotor

We just wanted a place to use as a base for exploring the Bay of Kotor region, and it worked fine for that. (It's just a few minutes' drive from the ferry across the mouth of the bay and the beginning of the drive around it.) It would probably not work well for travelers without their own car. The apartment was ample but unimaginably furnished; it felt generic and a bit like a business traveler's aparthotel. The kitchen was equipped adequately, but barely so; it could use some additional cooking utensils and pots. It is not a beach hotel; the (rocky) coast is a couple of blocks away; you can catch a tiny glimpse of it from a few of the higher apartments and none at all from most. Parking facilities are good. Overall it served our purposes fine but seemed somewhat overpriced for what you get.

Good value for that price

Corridors, stairs and the room showed the memories of the previous weeks of usage - sticky floor, chips, dust, lost toys under the armchairs - and a bad odour of sink. But the bedclothes, towels, bathroom, fridge, owen, dishes were clean. Nice view, AC, board games, TV with PS2, well equipped kitchen are in the apartment. Staff is friendly.

Wir wurden freundlicg empfangen. Das apartment ist mit allem ausgestatten ; wenn etwas fehlte kinnte man bescheidgeben und es wurde gebracht. Das FrĂŒhsttĂŒcksbuffet war vielfĂ„ltig. Die Anlage war ganz nahe an Strand. Einkausmöglichkeiten und BĂ€cker in der NĂ€he.

Appartment in Wohngegend

Mehrere neu gebaute MehrfamilienhĂ€user mit wohlklingenden Namen (unseres hieß "Fiona")befinden sich ca. 400 m vom Wasserzugang der Bucht von Kotor in Djenovici entfernt. Offensichtlich werden nicht dauerhaft vermietete Wohnungen als Ferien-Appartments angeboten. Die Einrichtung unseres Appartments war sehr ordentlich, der TV-Empfang ließ allerdings zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig (nur wenige einheimische Programme). FĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Badeurlaub ist es allerdings nicht geeignet, weil der Meerzugang sehr beschrĂ€nkt und wenn vorhanden sehr beengt ist (abgesehen davon muß mann ein Freund von KieselsteinstrĂ€nden sein).
