WATER FRONT- saltwater private pond beach and water sports IDEAL for big groups!

Large 4 bedroom colonial on a private salt water beach with walkout basement, outdoor shower, and lower level playrooms for the youngsters. Modern kitchen with big center island. Formal dining room, huge living room, large family room, pantry & private office.

Modern baths with an outdoor shower. At the end of a child safe circle. Three large TV sets all connected to internet through ROKU with Netflix, Disney and Prime Video all available at not extra cost. Movie rental at the renter's cost.

MBR has queen bed and full shower bath. There is a large main bath and 1/2 bath on first floor. Second bedroom facing the water has a queen bed. Land side bedrooms have three single beds in one and a full bed in the other. Linens included for all beds.

Living room has a pullout couch and there are five additional couches throughout and a blow-up mattress available. Water side has a 64 foot long deck overlooking the beach and Swan Pond. As the name depicts, Swans and other wildlife come to visit.

Kayaks and paddle boards at your disposal.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
