Superbe appartement

Tout était parfait nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique du balcon. Le propriétaire a été très attentif et Omar nous a très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Superbes vacances dans ce joli appartement tout près de Dénia. Logement propre et bien agencé. Omar qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et disponible.

Zuerst zur Anreise!!! Vermieter: keine Kontaktaufnahme, keine Rückmeldung auf Nachrichten über FeWo, die angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht der Vermieter sondern der Hausmeister vor Ort von der Siedlung, dem wie sehr gerne 5 Sterne geben für sein bemühen unserern Aufenthalt vollstens zufrieden stellte. Durch Kontakt einen Nachbarn und endlosen Telefonaten, konnten wir dann nach 3 Stunden warten, endlich das Haus beziehen. Das Objekt selbst : können wir sehr empfehlen, top Lage, top Aussicht. Alles da was man zum haushalten benötigt. Pool: Der zur Anlage benutzten Pool ist sehr sauber, groß und in einem großen Zeitfenster mit einem Rettungsdienst überwacht. WLAN : kostenlos aber kein Datenvolumen für ein einwandfreies nutzen. Da wir mit dem Vermieter auch ein paar Telefonate geführt haben, konnten wir unseren Urlaub mit dem Gewissen unter Herr Omar (Hausmeister) seiner Betreuung vollstens genießen.

schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der im September ruhigen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr nett und umsichtig betreut durch den Verwalter. Sehr schön sind die beiden Balkone, oben konnten wir in der Sonne frühstücken, unten die Abende verbringen. Mit dem Auto sind die Wege zu den Stränden ( mit hauseigenen Strandstühlen!) und zum Einkaufen problemlos zu erreichen, zu Fuß ist es beschwerlich, weil die Fußwege schlecht ausgebaut sind. Denia hat uns gut gefallen und ins Hinterland zu fahren, lohnt sich auch.

Idéale pour un séjour en bord de mer.Propriété impeccable pour un séjour en famille dans un logement spacieux et confortable avec une piscine dans la propriété accessible en 2/3 minutes.Toutes commodités accessibles en moins de 5 minutes en voiture(centre ville/port/plages/commerces/grandes surfaces).Vue magnifique sur la méditerannée.Séjour tout confort.Rien à redire.
