A stunning property in a stunning location, Patricia and Gabi were excellent, very helpful and very accommodating. All three rooms were very large and airy, and the AC was most appreciated in the evenings. As advertised all the local amenities were nearby and Denia is a beautiful town, not too touristy, with loads of options for food, drinks and beach.

Fantastic holiday.

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful villa.The layout is great,it had everything we needed and more and was very clean and tidy.We made full use of the pool and barbecue.The location was great for us as we could walk 15 minutes to the supermarket and 45 minutes to a beautiful beach and local area.Patricia our host was so friendly,amenable and helpful,from communications to welcoming us with wine water and fruit.We thank her also for taking and picking us up from the bus stop and taking us shopping.

Perfect for relaxing in the sun

Patricia & Urs were excellent hosts, very responsive, fair and helpful. Casa Vanessa is located just up the hill out of Denia, in a quiet neighbourhood set amongst lovely trees & views. Local supermarket, bars and restaurants 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There is a tram service that goes all the way to Benidorm & Alicante.We spent six lovely weeks here and hope to return again in the future.

Lovely stay at Casa Vanessa.

We have had a fabulous stay at Casa Vanessa, the house is very comfortable and has everything one needs for a lovely holiday! The outside space it just perfect for dining or relaxing, with a BBQ area, The pool is a bonus not too Big or not too small! We had our dog, Enzo with us and he loved the garden as it’s enclosed we knew he was safe and could not get onto the road! Nice walk to the local bar and small Resturant. Well worth a visit! We would recommend this place to friends and will return one day!

Little diamond in the rough!

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Short driving distance to the center, Marina, supermarkets, etc. We did have a great time at this property. The pool is a bonus. Not too big, not too small. However, the rooms were smaller than how they looked in the pictures, which was disappointing. With a little loving care and maintenance this place could be a gem. The kitchen is scarcely equipped. Guest bedroom needs better bed, mattress and pillows. These comments are just constructive suggestions.

Best holiday rental we've stayed in

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were fabulous from the initial enquiry right through to check out. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area but just 5 minutes' drive from the centre/beach. Spotlessly clean, with a great garden with shade and sun. Safe fenced garden for our dogs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This is a lovely property to enjoy Spain and specifically Denia. Owners Patricia and Urs are amazing hosts. We were met by Urs when we arrived. Our check in was easy. A walk around of the house as well as a review of the inside was done. A wonderful welcome basket was waiting for us complete with fresh fruit, chocolates and wine! Patricia and Urs are wonderful hosts and are happy to answer any questions you have during your stay. The house was spotless on our arrival. Outside the patio and grounds were well taken care and of course the pool was waiting for us, although November was a bit cool for swimming. There is a little village about a 10 minute walk where there is a bar, grocery store and pizza restaurant as well as a pharmacy. You can get almost everything you need here. The town of Denia is about a 20-25 minute walk and on return it is a fairly steep climb from the little village to the house. I would recommend a car.. We spent 4 months in this lovely vacation home and we would highly recommend this property for your vacation stay.

Absolut Haustier freundliche Unterkunft, parken ist für erfahrene Fahrer kein Problem. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Pool konnte ich nicht testen da im März doch noch frisch. Heizung funktioniert tadellos, somit für mich alles perfekt

Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und unterstützt, da wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, mehrfach zum Arzt mussten. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz war etwas heikel.

Check-in und Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert.Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und haben uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Das Haus war schön und sauber.Die Tischtennisplatte war leider sehr marode.Geschirr und Besteck sollten vielleicht noch etwas aufgestockt werden.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Logement correspondant aux photos mais en plus petit.Les extérieurs sont bien et agréable.L'intérieur est bien aussi mais les équipements sont peu confortables.Parking avec une pente très prononcée et la sortie directe sur la route acrobatique.Problème majeur les moustiques qui se sont régalés.

Een heel fijn en gezellig huis

De verhuurders waren heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en hulpvaardig. Het huis was ruim genoeg voor ons tweeen (en hond). Alles was schoon en netjes. Onze auto is vrij groot, maar gelukkig konden we hem via de 2e poort wel kwijt op het terrein. Denia is dichtbij, dus fijn om boodschappen te doen. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf. Het was voor ons - beiden mindervalide - wel jammer dat er wat trappen en ongelijke tegels aanwezig waren.

Schöne vier Wochen über Weihnachten und Neujahr

Tolle Vermieter

Patrizia und Urs sind ganz tolle Vermieter. Die Kommunikation verlief im Vorfeld einwandfrei und auch vor Ort waren sie immer da, wenn es ein Problem oder Fragen gab. Das Haus selbst ist eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber alles da was man braucht. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Das Grundstück ist kindersicher, da der Pool durch ein Tor abgeschlossen werden kann. Den Pool selbst konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir im Winter dort waren, aber er war groß genug und sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz. Einen Nachteil (im Winter) gibt es allerdings: Wir waren Mitte Dezember für 3 Wochen dort und das Grundstück ist zu dieser Zeit sehr schattig. Im Sommer sicherlich ein Pluspunkt, aber im Winter war es dann doch immer recht kühl. Sobald man runter in die Stadt fuhr, waren die Temperaturen gleich angenehmer. Sehr schade, da man so die tolle Terrasse nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Die Stadt Denia, der Strand und Lebensmittelmärkte (Lidl, Mas y Mas) sind mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Semaine parfaite

La maison est simple, mais propre et bien équipée. L’extérieur est parfait pour passer de beaux moments de vacances en famille. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, accueillants, sympathiques et sérieux (l’eau de la piscine a été testée deux fois durant notre séjour). Je recommande !

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein ausgesprochen angenehmes und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit einem abgeschlossenen (gut für unseren Hund) und schön angelegten Garten vorgefunden. Ein gesicherter Pool sorgt für die notwendige Erfrischung und auf der geräumigen Terasse konnten wir bei Windstille auch die Tischtennisplatte nutzen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeber. Jederzeit gerne eine Empfehlung!

Hallo, wir haben uns in der Casa Vanessa sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Auch um unseren kleinen Hund mussten wir uns keine Sorgen machen, sie konnte sich überall auf dem Grundstück bewegen, ohne dass wir Angst haben mussten, dass sie uns verloren geht. Wir waren auch sehr angetan von unseren netten Gastgebern. Alles super

Proche de toutes les commodités et vraiment au calme

Bien située et parfaitement équipée pour les deux semaines que nous y avons passées. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, très disponibles et présents en cas de besoin. La maison était parfaitement propre et accueillante. Le seul bémol serait que les chaînes de télévision ne sont que en allemand et que nous aurions aimé pouvoir voir parfois les chaînes locales, espagnoles ce qui nous aurait paru logique.

Nice house in pleasant surroundings

Great stay with nice and helpful owners. Tip: in the winter months, air conditioning as heating in the living room is recommended. The master bedroom and toilet show some moisture and mold spots, this needs attention. We had a good time and would love to come back.
