Petite maison tres agréable au calme. Parfait pour se reposer! Vue sur la mer d'un côté et sur la montagne de l'autre...Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites ainsi qu'avec Gerardo qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Le petit jardin parfait pour notre chienne!Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région (Valencia, Alicante, Altea, Calpe....)15 jours de vraies vacances!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ruhig und bietet einen schönen Blick auf Denia und das Meer, Direkt am Montgo gelegen fährt man ca. 8 Minuten bis runter nach Denia. Teilweise ist oben im Berg das Wetter schlechter als unten am Meer. Der kleine Garten, der einem alleine zur Verfügung steht hat eine kleine Terrasse zum draussen sitzen und ist schön. Der zur Verfügung stehende Swimming Pool ist 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren immer alleine da. 3 Wochen waren wir in der Wohnung und sind gerne Selbstversorger. Dieses ist sehr eingeschränkt bis gar nicht möglich, da zwar einige Küchenutensilien da sind, aber vieles nicht mehr nutzbar ist. Ein Kugelgrill steht zur Verfügung. Die Matratze des Hauptbettes muß dringend erneuert werden, Bettwanzen und Rückenschmerzen haben uns den ganzen Urlaub begleitet. Die sehr alte Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sollte man sich vor Nutzung genauer anschauen. Die 2 Sofas im Wohnraum sind so durchgesessen, dass die Phantasie fehlt wie man darauf schlafen könnte. Bei 3 Wochen entsteht Schmutz, auch hier die zur Verfügung stehenden Utensilien sind fast nicht nutzbar und machen es somit schwer, die Sauberkeit herzustellen. Die Lage und Terrasse/Garten haben den Rest nicht so überwiegt, dass wir hier eine Empfehlung aussprechen können.

Super Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern

Joli emplacement pour un séjour au calme
Emplacement sur les hauteurs de Dénia, au calme. L’appartement qui est une partie de la maison du propriétaire, bénéficie d’une entrée et d’un petit jardin privatif avec une jolie vue mer sur un côté du jardin.
parfait pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé.

Ubicado en las faldas del montgo. Vistas muy bonitas y un entorno muy tranquilo. Fuimos una pareja con un labrador, y los 3 hemos estado muy a gusto. Para repetir sin duda.

Was niet wat we ons hadden voorgesteld na foto's bekijken en contact met verhuurder.
De bedden waren goed en het huisje schoon. Op theedoeken na was de inventaris compleet. Maar wij fietsen graag tijdens onze vakanties. Het huis ligt echter hoog op een heuvel waar we zelfs met een electrische fiets niet tegenop konden. Dus als we wilden fietsen moesten we eerst met de auto met fietsen op drager, altijd toch gepriegel.
Ook bleek uit de foto's niet dat tennisbaan en zwembad ergens anders (wel dichtbij) lagen, waardoor de tuin, en daarmee ook de zonnigheid in de tuin tegenvielen.
