Well-maintained and fenced residential complex next to the sandy beach. The complex has a large lawn area, palm trees and a variety of plants. A very large swimming pool with a smaller one separated for children. The property is located at the end of the complex on the first floor without a lift. It consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT and access to the terrace with views of the entire complex and the sea. An American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, small oven and fridge with freezer. There is a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and another double with two single beds, a toilet with washing machine and a bathroom. The entire property has air conditioning (see price list). Distance to the beach just a few steps away, bars/restaurants 50m, supermarkets 1km and to the city of Denia 5.5km. Pets are not allowed.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Playa Dorada

Location and setting of complex is excellent. Having stayed in the same apartment/accommodation for many years, the interior is very 'tired' looking and would benefit from a facelift. In particular, the television unit and glass cabinet is in need of more modern design , along with more co ordinated lounge furniture. Similarly, the bedrooms would benefit by replacing the free standing furniture with more modern units. Finally, the water drainage in both bathrooms is quite poor and probably need the waste pipes/waste traps cleaning to improve the water flow.

Ubicación genial apartamento bastante descuidado

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación y cercanía al mar ,el apartamento está bastante a mejorar y con falta de utensilios ,por otro lado,la inmobiliaria nos facilitó súper rápido lo que nos faltaba en cocina o no funcionaba . Se podría mejorar a nivel del dueño del apartamento en útiles de cocina ,limpieza,apenas hay luz ,la puerta necesita llave para poder cerrar y eso es bastante incómodo ,el televisor es muy pequeño y apenas hay armarios en las habitaciones.Aun así hemos repetido porque es una ubicación de 10 y nos apañamos .La inmobiliaria genial ,son muy profesionales y atentos a todo .
