The apartment offers an open plan living-/dining area with well equipped semi-open kitchen with access to an uncovered terrace, 1 double bedroom and bathroom en suite,1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and another large covered terrace with views and direct access to the community gardens.
The holiday home is completely furnished and equipped with washing machine, TV Spanisch, wifi internet, central air conditioning hot/cold, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. The beautiful urbanisation Estrella del Mar with sea views, has huge gardens, paddel, several swimming pools and jacuzzi, children's playground for the little ones and direct access to the beautiful stone beach Almadrava and only 120m from the sandy beach. Besides there is a private parking space in the subterranean garage at your disposal.*Pets, please consult in advance
Calm location at only a few steps from the sandy and pebble beach, just next to diverse restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The nearest restaurant is on the seafront at just 100 metres from the community area. The village centre of Els Poblets is at only 2km metres and offers all convenience goods as well as diverse restaurants and bars and also a chemist's. The city of Denia can be reached by car of bus within 15 minutes easily (9 km). The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants.
