I had originally booked one night and then another two nights at this hotel within a two-day period. But I canceled the second booking after seeing the poor condition of the hotel. The building is old, there’s no air conditioning, and it smelled musty. My family didn’t feel comfortable staying there, so I quickly asked the staff to cancel the remaining two nights. The hotel staff was okay with the cancellation, but Orbitz didn’t process it, and I ended up losing the deposit money. Still, there was no way I could stay there for two more nights, so I booked another place instead.
