One Bedroom (queen bed), Bath, Full Kitchen, sleeper couch downstairs if needed with prior notice, and you get the entire 740 square foot tiny farmhouse on two acres to yourself. Front porch, back deck, balcony, living area, reading room. Convenient to the highway, Piedmont University, downtown Demorest and Habersham Airport (KAJR). The interior has been fully remodeled. The outside retains the 1897 charm and space.

Self check anytime after 10 a.m., check out anytime before 3 p.m. Front and back door combination locks. Maximum stay 7 days without pre-approval.
