Fantastic 2 bedroom 1 bath close to everything Deltona Florida and surrounding areas have to offer, with 2 queen size beds, a queen size couch pull out, and a twin size chair pull out, so it sleeps 7. It has central heat and AC and a large enclosed Florida room to enjoy the weather without the bugs. It has a full yard in front and back, not fenced and parking in the driveway for 3 cars as well as street parking. Dogs are allowed with pet fees no cats. Great sidewalks and accessibility for biking or walking all around.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Convenient and Comfortable

While in town for a conference this home made an excellent "home base". The beds were comfortable and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen. The house, is cozy but gave us plenty of room for our small group. Older home in a quiet neighborhood, but was easy to get to stores and restaurants!

Deltona 2 night stay

The property was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The shower water pressure was lacking and felt like the pressure you would get from a water hose. Communication with the owner was cordial until I asked a simple question about the need to help clean the property after paying a cleaning fee, I received a very passive aggressive response that left a bad taste in my mouth. The check in process said that the code would be provided in text or email, but it took me messaging the owner when we arrived to get the code.

I mentioned to the owner, the smell of the place being exterminated. Their response, its a nice day open the windows. Please. There were plenty and that is a generous description of the insect infestation this house has to offer.
