Exactly as Pictured

Perfect for a couple or single person. Quiet, convenient location. Pick up everything you need for a hot breakfast, pack a lunch, and dinner on your little deck. We cooked a large breakfast and ate at local restaurants. Because of the area, fine for washing and showering, you want to buy gallon water jugs for coffee and drinking water. Only a short easy drive to the Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club.

Adorable Deltaville cottage

My partner and I were looking for a quick and affordable last minute get away. This listing was perfect for us. The property manager was attentive, helpful and communicative. The space was super cute and comfortable. Very clean. We were a stones throw from the Oyster Bar which was delicious, we could have walked there. When we arrived there was a family of deer grazing behind the house and was magical for us city folk. Everything we wanted to do was within 20-30 minutes from us. Merrior in topping was only 15 min away. We bopped around Unbanna and Kilmarnock eating as much seafood as humanly possible. We look forward to renting with them again. Thanks!

Darling little home

This home is newer and very well kept. Was clean, plush bath towels, quality paper products, coffee and some snacks left for us as well. Kitchen well supplied, and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Walking trails, safe area, and friendly people in town. Deltaville Maritime Park has music events, farmers market museum and walking paths one block from house. The Host is very kind, helpful and responds to questions quickly. Enjoy!

Sweet nautical cottage

This cottage was 1 of the most efficient, well-appointed, and comfortable vacation homes we've ever stayed at. The hostess had everything one would need plus extras, including snacks and coffee/accessories. She checked in on us by email, to be helpful but not intrusive. The cottage exterior landscaping is lovely and offers options for outdoor seating/dining, etc. The cottage is conveniently located near eating places in town, and the hostess has an info book that includes recommendations. This place is perfect for 1-2 people, and is a good home base for Middle Neck and Northern Neck areas.

The Cottage was so cute! We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay. This cottage had everything we needed plus a great deck for morning/afternoon coffee. Thank you again for a great stay!

Our New Home Away from Home

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. It was just perfect. We have always wanted and needed a place to stay in this area, so we were thrilled to find this gem. It was everything we had wanted and more. The perfect size for two adults. It was modern and tastefully decorated with all of the amenities we needed. We've already booked a second stay and will be booking many more! Thanks for providing all of the comforts of home. It was amazing!

One Night Wonder

We stayed just one night but the comfort and location of the Teeny House made us wish it had been longer. It's perfect for 2. The towels, bed and the bed linens are especially noteworthy. The kitchen has a full rack of spices. So well appointed, it was like a luxury hotel room, but better.

Well taken care of and clean

I was extremely surprised that the teenie weenie house was very spacious. Very clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of supplies and small appliances and the extras (snacks, water, coffee). There is a deck with patio furniture not featured in the pictures, so that was a great surprise as well.

Beautiful Tiny Home

Lisa is an amazing host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. The Teenie Home was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It was in a great location! We will definitely be returning!
