Airport shuttle is contracted taxis! Inconvenient trip to airport with lots of traffic to pass through in narrow lanes. Property reeks of smoke and other smells. Not ok for even limited stays.

Window did not fully close, so noise from the nearby road was coming into the room more than it could be. Switch between shower and tap did not work properly. There was nobody in the dining room to ask about food options.

The hotel's quality was completely misrepresented. It was not 3 stars. It was 1 star. The specifics of the room were absent (balcony/patio, soundproofing, cleanliness, separate seating area, executive suite). The room had a mildew smell, the sheets were dirty, stained, and had holes in them. We couldn't even sleep because of the noises outside the hotel and from downstairs inside the hotel. The hot water had to be turned on with a water tank above the toilet. The shower was in the bathroom - no separate tub or shower stall. It was completely old, outdated, and disgusting. Nothing about this was a 3 star hotel. The room was not an executive suite as I had booked; it was a tiny small room with zero amenities. The room key didn't work and I locked myself out. And when I told the front desk, the receptionist gave me the master key card that opened EVERY ROOM in the hotel! What if someone else had that problem and then had access to my room? It's a complete lack of security or consideration for any of the guests at the hotel! It was a horrible stay - the single worst hotel night stay of my life. Awful.

Hotel is good given its price and very friendly staff. Some advice to the hotel on taxi - the hotel should be more cautious with the taxi drivers they choose on behalf of guests for airport transfers. My taxi, located next door to the hotel, was prepaid this morning, but once arriving at the airport the driver claims 250 rupees for "a parking fee". I crosscheck on the internet seeing that drop off is free and it costs 150 rupees for up to 30 minutes. I am not paying for him to find new customers, this is his operating expense. Although a small amount, after arguing, I give up and I feel openly scammed. I recommend that hotels use drivers with a certain code of conduct. In these instances, the hotel should not use the driver living next door- because he will rip off their guests. And the guests will write reviews as these. This is not the hotels fault, but they have influence to choose proper taxi drivers. For the hotels reference: I was the one leaving at 04:30 so talk with the driver and teach him a lesson on his own profession.
