Lost in New Delhi

The local taxi driver who has brought us down from the airport to hotel couldn't find the hotel as it is not at the address advertised on Expedia and the accommodation is in completely different name. The atmosphere of the hotel and the room is completely different from what is described.

Do not stay here.

Do not stay at this hotel. It looks NOTHING like the advertised photos and really should not be on hotels.com. I've tempered this review in line with the extremely low room rates. My expectations were not hat high but you can't feel anything but ripped off when the hotel staff can not show you a single room that looks anything like what is advertised. Add a bed that is as hard as concrete. The incessant company of cockroaches and an abysmal neighbourhood, even for Delhi standards, helps to only make this place worse.

Good location.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is included and it's ok. However when we got there the hotel was full they gave us a room but it was not clean. We had to ask for towels, sheets and toilet paper. It has a good location next to the train station and close to the metro.

It did not have hot water ,shower did not work ,no napkins and towels also bathroom was terrible w/c was dirty and the bucket was dirty I would not recommend to anyone.my experience was horrible on the first day they did not give breakfast even though it was complementary. Even though I complained to oyo executive they did not do anything

Nice stay

Overall it was nice to stay here in this amount, but some service man there will misbehave you for the amount you have booked when they knows about the amount. Apart from behaviour of room service man all was was great and nice.

Initialy finding the room was difficult coz i did not had the address but lateron i somehow got it. The rooms wer excellant the hotel was very good also the Services and the manager was very good and on time responsive i would recomand everyone to stay atleast once
